Leveraging Your Intuition
Our bodies have five senses: touch, smell, taste, sight, and hearing. We use each of our physical senses to help us perceive the world and our surrounding environment.
In addition, we also carry five other, unique senses that make up the very fabric of our own souls: intuition, peace, foresight, trust, and empathy.
These ‘soul senses’ are key elements in leveraging life, business and the things you aspire to. However, most people are unfortunately unaware that our souls contain senses, and more often than not only rely on their physical senses.
So, now that we are aware of the senses our souls consist of, what can do to leverage them?
1. Strengthen: Learn to process and fully understand the soul’s senses. Try coming up with what exactly makes up or defines each sense of the soul (intuition, peace, foresight, trust, empathy).
2. Observe: Play it out and take note. Now that you know what defines these particular senses, be mindful by tuning into your soul’s senses in all situations.
3. Analyze: Not one experience will be the same, so give yourself a chance by analyzing and measuring how your soul’s senses are equipping you with stronger decision-making.
4. Repeat: Practice makes perfect. Leveraging your soul’s senses is like learning a new skill, it takes practice! So long as you continue practicing, your brain will automatically find new and useful patterns for you to capitalize on in every moment.
Take the time to fully understand your soul’s senses. Don’t just rely on your physical ones, get in tune with your soul. Listen to it, especially your intuition. What may be obvious to you can be unclear to others. Get out there and make your move.
